How long does it take before I will receive my personalised sleepwear?
All personalised sleepwear takes 7-10 days to be delivered Australia wide with Australia Post from the date of order. Please note we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or loss of parcels once they are dispatched.
What is your Sensitive Range and how does it compare to others?
All of our Sensitive Range is made with both natural and synthetic fibres which allows our clients to have the soft luxurious look and feel, while still allowing the skin to breathe and feel comfortable at the same time. Made with 50% Viscose and 50% Silk our Sensitive Range Pyjamas are suitable for most skin types.
How do pre-orders work?
Items marked as pre-order will be shipped according to the expected dispatch dates listed. We aim to dispatch accordingly to the dates written, however the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. If you are placing a single order that includes items both on pre-order and in stock items, all items will be sent together when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.
Do I have to have personalisation on my sleepwear?
If you prefer to have no embroidery that’s no problem at all! Simply select ‘no embroidery’ when finalising your pyjamas before adding to cart.
Can I get a refund or exchange my item?
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange items that have been personalised unless the item is deemed faulty. If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
