Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in an unworn and brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant etc)
  • The item is has no personalisation or embroidery
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email
  • Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  • We cannot accept Silk Pillow returns due to hygiene reasons
