RETURNS POLICY
We are sure you will love your item as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund (excluding shipping cost).
Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is in an unworn and brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant etc)
- The item has no personalisation or embroidery
- The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email
- Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account
- All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
- We cannot accept Pillow Case returns due to hygiene reasons
AFTERPAY RETURNS:
If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above.
RETURNS:
To start the process, simply email us at our contact us page and include your reasons for the return/exchange. When the return has been approved please send your item back to;
